Provincial leaders presided over a symposium on typical cases of comprehensive digital empowerment, with the Chairman of HealthyWay invited to attend

On the afternoon of November 28, a delegation of Fujian provincial leaders visited Fuzhou Software Park to examine the comprehensive digital and intelligent empowerment initiatives and held a symposium on exemplary cases. The meeting was chaired by Wang Yongli, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, with participation from officials of the Provincial Government Office, relevant provincial departments, municipal government leaders, and representatives of several digital enterprises. The Digital Transformation Empowerment Symposium, a high-level forum in Fujian Province, serves as a systematic platform to advance the digital economy. The event focuses on in-depth discussions centered around the theme of 'Digital and Intelligent Empowerment.'

At the conference, representatives from 11 enterprises and government departments shared their best practices in advancing digital reforms, promoting industrial digitization, and enhancing digital empowerment of public services. Through interactive Q&A sessions, participants exchanged insights and exchanged ideas, actively contributing suggestions for the development of the digital economy and the construction of Digital Fujian.

Wang Yongli, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, stressed the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Following the directives from the Ninth Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee, Fujian should leverage the Digital China Construction Comprehensive Pilot and the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Factor Market Allocation Comprehensive Reform Pilot as opportunities to advance the Digital Fujian initiative. The province should summarize and promote exemplary cases, enhance cross-regional experience sharing and collaborative efforts, and accelerate the digital empowerment of high-quality development. Focusing on high-frequency public concerns, the province should adopt scenario-driven approaches to cultivate typical applications, creating a digital livelihood system that facilitates public affairs and enhances daily life.

HealthyWay AI Practice: "Job Agent" Reshapes the New Ecosystem of Healthcare Services

Mr.Zhang Waneng, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of HealthyWay, shared the company's in-depth exploration and systematic practices in the field of AI healthcare services during the meeting. The company is driving the overall model to evolve from resource integration to deep service empowerment, with' position intelligence agents' as the engine.

HealthyWay is a digital health platform that has grown alongside "Digital Fujian," currently connecting over 12,600 hospitals and 905,000 physicians nationwide, serving more than 211.8 million registered users. In 2022, HealthyWay initiated an AI-driven strategic transformation centered on "Position Intelligence."

 "The key step in the industrialization of AI is transitioning from empowering itself to serving others, enabling every medical institution, company, and individual to possess their own AI agent for better client service," explained Chairman Zhang Wanneng.

HealthyWay has abandoned the approach of merely developing generic AI tools, instead focusing on two key roles in the healthcare service chain— 'doctor assistant' and 'health steward' —to create dedicated AI assistants for them.

This initiative aims to scale up and intelligently upgrade the previously entirely manual patient services that were unable to be consistently implemented, thereby forming a seamless closed-loop health management system integrating 'pre-diagnosis, during-diagnosis, and post-diagnosis' with 'daily health management'.

The intelligent management platform developed by HealthyWay has been successfully deployed in over 20 hospitals and hundreds of physicians, serving more than 1,000 new patients daily, thereby validating the service efficacy of the 'AI Doctor Assistant' in real-world scenarios.

Next, HealthyWay will deploy AI assistants across its platform for all 905,000 physicians, striving to realize the vision of 'AI-assisted care for every doctor and AI health concierge for every user.'

The future competition will not lie in general large models, but in the deep understanding of vertical scenarios and data accumulation. HealthyWay is dedicated to developing two major role-specific large models: "AI Doctor Assistant" and "AI Health Manager." Its goal is to participate in building a digital workforce system for the future healthcare sector, characterized by "thousands of roles with thousands of models," thereby providing an AI implementation pathway based on Chinese practices and ecosystems to enhance the accessibility, continuity, and quality of medical services.

The symposium vividly showcased Fujian Province's cutting-edge achievements in digital transformation, while also establishing a valuable platform for collaboration and exchange among tech enterprises like HealthyWay.
