About Healthyway
Founded in 2001, Healthyway Inc. ("Healthyway") is a leading integrated digital health service platform in China. In 2024, Healthyway (2587.HK) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Since its founding in 2001, Healthyway has continued to promote the digital upgrade of healthcare services, empowering medical institutions and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, full-cycle health services for all populations.
Through years of exploration and practice, Healthyway has built a digital health ecosystem driven by two business lines: health services, and enterprise services plus digital marketing services. It has formed a full-cycle medical service system covering medical support, diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation tracking, becoming one of China's largest digital health service platforms.
As of December 31, 2025, Healthyway had more than 223 million registered users, 12,870 partner medical institutions, and over 934,000 connected doctors, with subsidiaries, branches and offices in more than 30 major cities across China.
Healthyway uses "Human + AI" as its core engine. By deeply integrating AI across the healthcare value chain through its self-developed Agentic intelligent-agent base, and following the principle of "AI first, human fallback", the company has significantly reduced service costs and improved efficiency.
Development History
From 2001 to today, Healthyway has grown for 25 years, from Fujian to nationwide, from Internet healthcare pioneer to AI digital staff leader.
Opening a New Era of End-to-End Medical Access
- Fuzhou Renren Health Information Technology Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Healthyway, was founded and became one of the first in China to launch appointment booking services.
- "Yihu.com" officially launched. Appointment services were included in Fujian Province's online public-service initiative and became part of the 12345 government convenience hotline service.
- The company launched "Mingyitong", transforming from a medical access platform into an integrated healthcare service platform and gradually expanding from Fujian to the national market.
Exploring a New Blueprint for Digital Platforms
- Healthyway launched a referral collaboration service platform in Fujian Province and officially released the Healthyway app.
- The company partnered with Health News to promote a national initiative for medical institutions to adopt mobile websites and apps.
- Healthyway secured Series A investment from Baidu (Hong Kong). By the end of 2015, it had established subsidiaries, branches and offices in more than 25 major cities in China.
Deepening Healthcare Services for Healthy China
- The company successfully built the Internet + hierarchical diagnosis "Yichang Model", which was recognized by the State Council. "Xiamen iHealth" was selected as a China smart-city demonstration case.
- Healthyway launched family and enterprise health companion products integrating medical, health and insurance services.
- Yinchuan Borderless Internet Hospital was established and received a medical practice license, followed by the launch of a full-course disease management service system.
- In 2023, Healthyway began researching AI digital staff initiatives and focused on new-economy industry opportunities.
HKEX Listing and AI Strategic Transformation
- On December 30, 2024, Healthyway was successfully listed on the HKEX Main Board under stock code 2587.HK.
- The company was recognized as one of China's Top 100 Medical and Innovation Service Enterprises in 2024 and expanded into pharmaceutical wholesale.
- In 2025, Healthyway introduced AI digital doctor assistants, AI digital health companions, and customizable AI digital staff to the market.
- AI digital staff generated revenue in its first year, moving the company into a new stage of "Human + AI" collaboration.
