The project takes the *Guidelines for Quality Control of Health Check-ups* as the core standard, covering the whole-process quality control of check-up order issuance, departmental division, general check-up review, and final audit.

The bidding documents clearly stipulate "having intelligent allocation capability" in the general check-up management link — requiring the system to realize automatic priority allocation of general check-up tasks based on multi-dimensional indicators such as health check-up types and group units. This is a typical application of AI technology in medical quality control scenarios, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the hospital's general check-up review and the level of refined management.

In addition, the system will also provide functions such as research subject management, intelligent recommendation of check-up items, staff service quality control, comparison of physical examination data in the past three years, and automatic reporting of critical values.
