HealthyWay Debuts at 2026 Home Testing Conference, Empowering a New Active Health Ecosystem with AI Agents
Recently, the 2026 Home Testing Conference was held in Hangzhou.
Guided by the Professional Committee of Household Medical Devices under the China Non-Prescription Medicines Association, this conference centered on the core theme of "Breaking Boundaries". It gathered over 70 exhibitors, set up nine sub-forums, and presented nearly 100 professional topics, covering core areas such as product innovation, channel operation, and AI technology application.
As a member unit of the China Non-Prescription Medicines Association, Zhang Wanneng, Chairman of HealthyWay, was invited to attend the conference and deliver a keynote speech, systematically showcasing the innovative applications and empowerment paths of AI agent technology in the home testing field.

AI First, Human-Machine Collaboration
HealthyWay's AI Agent Transformation Practice
Amid the AI wave sweeping across various industries, HealthyWay has taken the lead in upgrading from a traditional organization to an "AI-native organization". Its core approach is: letting AI take the lead to face and serve customers directly; while humans follow behind to guide, train, and supervise AI.
Currently, HealthyWay has fully deployed three major AI agent assistants internally, which are deeply integrated into the entire chain of the company's operations, building an efficient operation mode of "AI First, Human-Machine Collaboration".
The management assistant "A Kang" enables 7×24-hour internal management communication and task follow-up;
The business assistant "A Jian" automatically completes customer acquisition and customer relationship maintenance;
The development assistant "A Chuang" can generate new AI agents within minutes, compressing the product development cycle from weeks to "use-it-as-you-think".
Looking to the future, Chairman Zhang Wanneng further proposed that AI agents will evolve into two forms: supply-side and demand-side. Human-machine interaction will upgrade from "AI to human" to "AI to AI", where humans only need to make final confirmation or full authorization, achieving an exponential improvement in transaction efficiency.

Full-Link Closed Loop
AI Agents Connect Core Scenarios of Home Testing
AI agents are naturally compatible with home testing. Addressing industry-wide pain points such as low awareness, difficulty in operation guidance, and service gaps after testing, HealthyWay's AI agents have realized a full-link closed loop from promotion, sales, usage guidance to post-test health tracking.
In specific scenarios, AI agents can accurately convey product functions, recommend suitable testing products, answer operation questions 7×24 hours a day, and interpret test reports and provide abnormal warnings.
Compared with manual services, AI agents have advantages such as transparency and traceability, permanent correction once fixed, unlimited replication, and parallel processing of massive demands. They solve the development bottlenecks of limited service radius and insufficient professional talents with extremely low marginal costs.
Applying this technical logic to the home testing field will promote the industry's upgrade from single product sales to full-cycle health management services.
The AI agent economy is reshaping the family health industry. The AI agent practice demonstrated by HealthyWay provides a replicable upgrade path for the home testing industry. In the future, HealthyWay will continue to deepen the integration of AI and medical scenarios, and work with more partners in the home testing industry to jointly promote the leap from "a small step in home testing" to "a big step in active health".
