HealthyWay Joins Fujian Mobile at the Cross-Strait Senior Care Expo: Demonstrating the Implementation Capabilities of "AI + Elderly Care" with an Eight-Agent AI Matrix

From October 23 to 25, the 2nd Cross-Strait Senior Care Industry Expo was held in Fuzhou. HealthyWay (2587.HK) participated in the exhibition in partnership with Fujian Mobile. Focusing on the theme of "AI Empowering Elderly Care", the joint booth showcased an eight-agent AI matrix and the "AI + Real Medical Assistant Collaboration" service model, covering elderly care and health service scenarios including homes, communities, elderly care institutions, and hospitals.

As population aging continues to deepen, challenges such as difficulties in chronic disease management for the elderly, complicated medical treatment processes, and insufficient operational efficiency of elderly care institutions have become increasingly prominent. HealthyWay focuses on two core scenarios: medical services for the elderly and the operation of elderly care institutions. Through its eight AI agents, the company breaks down service barriers between "homes, communities, institutions, and hospitals", building a comprehensive and multi-level closed-loop elderly care and health service system.

For elderly households and grassroots service providers: Health Manager Xiaowei provides livelihood services including chronic disease management, medical accompaniment, and post-discharge rehabilitation. Doctor Assistant Xiao'an, Pharmacy Assistant Xiaowang, and Clinic Assistant Xiaoyu empower physicians, community pharmacies, and grassroots medical staff, effectively improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency, medication guidance, and patient management capabilities.

For elderly care institutions: Targeting the operational pain points of elderly care facilities, Boss Assistant Akang, Sales Assistant Ajian, Development Assistant Achuang, and Operation & Maintenance Assistant Asheng cover the entire chain of institutional management, customer service, age-appropriate product R&D, and platform operation and maintenance, using digital tools to reduce costs and increase efficiency for elderly care institutions.

As the core interactive experience project of this exhibition, Health Manager Xiaowei innovatively creates the "AI + Real Medical Assistant Collaboration" service model. Centered on 7×24-hour full-cycle health management, it features six core service capabilities: specialized triage, lab test report interpretation, family health record establishment, medical treatment process coordination, personalized health education, and exercise and diet management. Accessible via a one-click lightweight application, the service delivers fast AI responses to inquiries, with professional real-life health managers providing backup support. While ensuring safety and compliance, it lowers the operational threshold for the elderly and helps them bridge the digital divide in accessing medical services.

This exhibition participation marks an important practice of HealthyWay collaborating with Fujian Mobile to implement "digital age-friendly initiatives". It has preliminarily verified the ecological collaboration model of "operator channels + AI health services", and provided a reference for the replication and promotion of the company's AI agent capabilities in elderly health scenarios.
